サイクルマップの 使い方 How to Use This Map
はじめに
四季折々の桐生の自然を楽しむサイクリストや、サイクルトレイン（上毛電鉄）を利用して桐生に訪れる人に、もっと市内の観光を楽しんでもらいたい。
その想いから市内在住のサイクリストと一緒に、市内のおすすめ店を紹介した桐生サイクルマップを作りました
自転車は、環境に負荷をかけず、健康増進につながり、ゆっくり観光もできる交通手段です。
街中で駐車場で悩む心配もなく、店舗巡りが楽しめます。
また桐生市街地の本町通りから北にまっすぐ行けば、週末でも車通りが少なく自然を堪能できる梅田エリアがあります。
この梅田エリアでは、森林浴の森100選・水源の森100選に選ばれている桐生川の源流散策サイクリングが楽しめます。
このサイクルマップを通じて、桐生市内を自転車が駆け巡る町になる第一歩になればと思います。
How to Use This Map

Kiryu-city is a small town at the base of the mountains that combines charming local stores and rich nature. We would like cyclists to enjoy the nature of Kiryu in each of the four seasons and visitors who use “The JOMO DENTETSU from Kiryu to Maebashi” to enjoy more sightseeing in the city. With this in mind, we worked with cyclists living in the Kiryu to create the Kiryu Cycle Map, which introduces recommended stores and spots in the city.
Bicycles are a means of transportation that does not burden the environment, improves health, and allows for leisurely sightseeing. You can also enjoy visiting stores without worrying about parking in the city.
If you go straight north from Honcho-dori in downtown Kiryu, you will find the Lake Umeda area, where you can enjoy nature with less traffic even on weekends.
In particular, the Umeda area runs along the headwaters of the Kiryu River, which has been selected as one of the 100 best forests for forest bathing and one of the 100 best water source forests in Japan.
IWe hope that this cycle map will be a first step toward making Kiryu City a town where bicycles are a key mode of transportation and connection to the community!
